Zahra Bagheri is a graduate with a PhD in Governmental Management- Human Resource Management, and a Master’s Degree in MBA Management.

Dr. Zahra Bagheri is an active and interested person in the field of human resources management with about 5 years of useful work experience in various organizations and companies.

The beginning of his executive activity dates back to 2012 in the Education Organization. Data mining, software design, and implementation are her most important activities in this organization. From 2014 to 2016, while studying for MBA, he was in charge of developing the strategic plan for the human resources of Mapna Oil and Gas Development Company and Danialkia Company.

After completing his master’s degree, she pursued her field of work and study, which is data analysis and human resource management. From 2014 to 2017, she was in charge of data mining for organizations such as the Quranic Association of Kausar Women, knowledgeable international researchers, and the development of shuttle communications.

In 2018, she started his studies in human resources management doctorate, and simultaneously with her studies, he worked on the project of job analysis and redesigning the organizational structure of information and communication technology of Tehran Municipality, with over 40 specialized interviews with the heads of affairs and benchmarking in she registered his work record.
